What is the appointment process?We offer in-home or in-clinic sessions. For in-home sessions, we bring all the dental equipment to you! We typically set up in a room with a couch so you can lay down. For both in-home and in-clinic sessions, a protective layer is applied to your gums, and the peroxide gels are applied to your teeth. The cool LED light is applied to your teeth for about an hour. Before and after shades are taken to track your results.

Where are you located?Our clinic is located at 340 Sheppard Ave E Suite #100. Our mobile services are available throughout North York.

How many sessions do I need for my best results?For best results book 1-2 initial sessions and then every 6 months. Teeth whitening is cumulative and they will get whiter with every session if done regularly.

Does it hurt?A pre-treatment spray is applied to your teeth to prevent sensitivity. Most people do not experience pain or sensitivity during the whitening process. Some people experience a tingling sensation. The most common discomfort people feel is their stretched out cheeks from the cheek retractors!

How long does each session take?For in-home sessions, set aside two hours in your schedule for your whitening. You won't be lying down that whole time but extra time is needed to set up, clean up, and take your before and after shades. For in-clinic sessions, set aside an hour and a half.

When should a teeth whitening be avoided?If you: -have allergies to peroxide or glycerin -have existing tooth decay, active periodontal disease or gingivitis -are pregnant/nursing -are under the age of 16 -have had oral surgery in the last 28 days -haven't had a dental cleaning in the past 4-6 months -are moderately congested or are unwell -are taking photosensitive medication (ie. accutane)
